2nd stage GALAXY R

High range ultralight 2nd stage, with mixed composition of sound-absorbing semi-flexible technopolymers and buzzer dampers.

Pneumatically balanced mechanism that guarantees an exceptional smooth-flow ratio and abundant and calibrated air supply, without the need for a very pronounced Venturi effect.

Oversized inspiratory effort micro-regulation knob, with regulation mechanism completely isolated from the external environment by means of double o-ring: it guarantees softness and durability. The knob includes a nut for fine adjustment of respiratory effort (technical service).

Dive-Predive deflector to manage the Venturi effect. No metal elements in the assembly.

Elliptical Shape, that allows a lever arm even larger than much bigger regulators, with an optical effect of much smaller dimensions and greater comfort. Reduced dimensions 7.5 x 6 cm and the lightest of the balanced models on the market with only 182 g.

Oversized intake diaphragm for a greater inspiratory softness, the largest in its category: 2810 mm2, 12%, larger than the high range models of the competition. Disc in contact with the lever covered with Teflon, to reduce friction between the lever and the disc.

Pivoting wide angle lever, very reinforced to accurately transmit the inhalation effort and with minimal friction with the membrane disc.

Maximum inspiratory effort of less than 4 Mbar with a total breathing work of 0.60 Joule / l, four times below the EEC regulations. Flow rate of 2500 l / min (with 1st stage T10).

Possibility of removing all the mechanism from the box with ease, which greatly facilitates maintenance operations.

Heat exchanger located inside the housing that prevents freezing of air when diving in cold water.

Improved exhalation zone to reduce expiratory effort without compromising the tightness of the zone since it is not necessary to reduce the thickness of the diaphragm. The design of the exhalation diaphragm retention system steer the flow to 100%, channelling it towards the nozzles of the exhaust cover, benefiting from a powerful Venturi effect and removing the bubbles from the visual field without the need to oversize the exhaust cover.

1ª stage T10sc CROMO

Membrane 1st stage overbalanced in T, very modern but, at the same time, of simple maintenance and very robust and reliable.

The thickness of the body walls has been optimized to minimize its weight (380 g). A satin chrome coating cover protects the 1st stage from impacts and erosions.

The T-configuration allows greater integration of the first stage in the profile of the tank valve and, therefore, greater freedom of movement for the diver's head. The mechanism works transversely to the air inlet and the possible filtration of particles coming from the tank that may exceed the filter does not affect directly the poppet valve.

HP seat is made of AISI316 stainless steel. In addition to the possibility of replacement in case of deterioration when performing maintenance, the composition of the seat, much harder than the traditional brass of irreplaceable seats, prolongs its useful life since it better resists the deforming action of the metallic particles that can be introduced coming from the tank.

Polyurethane poppet valve with high mechanical resistance, to oils and to hyperoxic mixtures.

The hypercompensation of the mechanism guarantees a slight increase in the middle pressure as the pressure in the cylinder decreases. The regulator therefore provides its highest level of performance in the final phase of the dive, undoubtedly the most critical.

An advanced study of the internal air circulation and an exclusive distribution chamber that channels the air volume directly to the LP outlets have allowed the pressure drop in forced breaths to be reduced to minimum levels (0.5 bar), guaranteeing its use with high performance in any situation.

Specially effective filter with Hat shape inserted without the need of a circlip.  Filter effective surface of 280 mm2, thanks to its special design.

2 HP and 4 LP outputs

Supplied in INT (Yoke) and DIN 300 bar versions. The thread of the DIN version has been made of stainless steel instead of brass to guarantee greater resistance in the event of falls or impacts.

SC (Sealed Chamber) insulation and antifreeze kit. Completely isolates the membrane and the spring from contact with water, making it ideal for operating in extremely low temperature conditions and with very dirty water.

NOTE: The insulation kit does not prevent the entry of moisture in the 1st stage from the tank and which is accessed through the filter or possible water inlets due to mismanagement of the 2nd stage during sweetening or when using all the air from the tank.

New hyper flexible hose with a structure covered in thermoplastic rubber to guarantee resistance to erosion.
